Dawn O'Meally 


Dawn has been in private practice for 20 years. Specializing in weight issues & passionate about coaching people in practicing CBT and small group teaching. Countless times she has witnessed how teaching cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) strategies transform lives from emotional misery into peace and improved mental, emotional, and physical functioning. Dawn first became excited and hooked on CBT early in her career as she learned how to utilize the strategies in the treatment of mood disorders, ADHD, stress issues, marital problems, self-esteem issues, and obesity/weight management in her work with individuals and groups.


Nancy Lum


Founder of GI & Bariatric Nutrition Center. Specializing in GI, Bariatric, Diabetic, Renal and Sports Nutrition, Nancy is a leading authority on Bariatric & weight loss nutrition in the Baltimore area.  She has successfully supported the client's weight loss efforts for over 16 years. She has been published in The Bariatric Times in 2010 and 2011.  Nancy is currently seeing patients Bariatric patients and patients with multiple GI diagnoses, diabetic, cardiac, renal, sports/athletic nutrition, eating disorders and general weight loss clients, as well as overall health improvement.


Liz Dumont 


Certified Personal Trainer & Behavior Change Specialist.  With over 20 years of experience in exercise program design, weight loss & behavior change, Liz is passionate about helping people discover active & healthy lifestyles. In 1993, she lost over 120 pounds and has kept it off. Shortly after her weight loss success, she made a life-changing decision to give up a successful career in corporate banking and dedicate her life to helping others successfully adopt and maintain an active healthy lifestyle.

Her fitness career has included coaching and mentoring hundreds of clients, designing and running weight loss programs, teaching a variety of group exercise class formats, classroom instruction, and delivering seminars and presentations on lifestyle modification topics.
